CNC Commemorative Medallion

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Step 1: Determine what you would like to see on the obverse side of your medallion - photos, artwork, badges, etc.

Step 2: Determine if you would like to order Customized, Personalized or Engravable medallions.

Step 3: Contact Leslie Young by e-mail: leslie@afpp-international.com or call 403-239-1341 so she can set up your account. If Leslie is not available, please contact Rod McLeod at Rod@afpp-international.com or call 403-271-5926.

Step 4: Leslie will have you send the high res reference pictures etc to: orderdesk@afpp-international.com

Step 5: The proposed art will be sent to you for approval. Any changes are to be made at this time.

Step 6: Once approved for production, you will be invoiced for the set-up costs ($119.50 + GST).

Step 7: Our receipt of payment initiates the order. While we do accept payment through VISA or MasterCard, the preferred methop is through CFPSA. This is a direct bank transfer. Credit card companies charge a 4% service charge which we must add to the cost of the order (if you use a CC).

Step 8: Customized medallions will be shipped in about 3 weeks, Personalized medallions in about 5 weeks.
