THE PROCESS
It is clearly our purpose to provide you and the members of your organization with the best quality product...at the best price. In order to accomplish this, there are a number of important steps:
1. Establish a CONTACT person for the project. It is preferred that this individual have access to the internet and understands the processes nececessary to transmit information and images.
2. WE WILL CREATE THE BASIC DESIGN.... and submit it for your consideration. It is up to the contact person to secure the necessary internal unit approvals.
3. Provision of suitable photographs: While we have access to several sources for the generic or background pictures from various operations and missions, each plaque features up to three digitized images of the individual in action or obviously in the appropriate environment. It is up to the unit or individual to provide these pictures. Photo credits (if provided) will appear at the bottom of the plaque.
If you send photographs, we can not be held accountable for their return. Scans are $10 each.
4. If desired, we will set up a web page for your design on this website as part of our service. This will enable anyone within your organization to enjoy quick access to the design to determine if they wish to place an order.
5. We'll set up an order form with a direct e-mail link to the contact person which will enable them to easily gather orders from within the unit. We can also provide PDF order forms which can easily be downloaded and printed from any computer.
6. The pricing structure allows for the purchase of any number of plaques. Volume discounts and wholesale pricing is available for groups ordering 12 or more plaques. There is a special price for those wishing to order duplicates of the same plaque design.
7. Production time is relative to the size of each order and will be estimated at the time the order is placed. All orders are FOB Factory - Calgary, Alberta.
8. As these make excellent gifts for family and friends, duplicate plaques are HALF PRICE.
