Talk about 'tongue-in-cheek',
CMR was throwing a Winter Carnival to coincide with the famous
Quebec Winter Carnival. When they requested a visit by Bon Homme
Carnival, they were turned down. For this reason, we did the above
design in protest...with his tongue extended!
